Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Meeting Mutuals offers both one-time purchases (for event tickets and merchandise) and recurring purchases (for memberships and subscriptions).

Memberships & Subscriptions

  • All memberships renew automatically based on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual).
  • You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to prevent future charges.
  • Membership payments are non-refundable, but your benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
  • Adventure Club memberships include weekly event coordination and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases (such as event tickets or merchandise) are final sale. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Billing & Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact hello@meetingmutuals.com within 7 days of the charge so we can review and resolve the issue.
