Welcome to Meeting Mutuals! By purchasing a membership or attending an event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Overview
Meeting Mutuals memberships provide access to exclusive events, early RSVPs, community chats, drink tickets, and other listed perks. Memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All membership payments are non-refundable, but your perks will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Adventure Club memberships are also non-refundable once a cycle begins, as weekly events and logistics are planned in advance. You can pause or cancel before your next billing date by contacting hello@meetingmutuals.com.
3. Event Participation
Meeting Mutuals events are designed to create a safe, inclusive, and friendly environment. We reserve the right to remove or deny participation to anyone engaging in disrespectful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior — with or without refund — to maintain the comfort and safety of all attendees.
4. Personal Conduct & Privacy
We encourage authentic, respectful interactions at all events. Sharing of other members’ personal information (including names, photos, or contact details) without consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
By attending any Meeting Mutuals event or activity, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that Meeting Mutuals and its organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after any event.
6. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect new policies or offerings. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
